Have you been Bonvoyed?

The shower does not drain properly. The dirty water collects at your feet within a few seconds. Have to turn off the shower a few times to drain the pool of water for a 10 minute shower. Asked the property for a Phillips flat head screwdriver to remove the shower drain plate so the water would drain water. After 3 days, still no resolution. This is really taking away the enjoyment of the property.
