Have you been Bonvoyed?

Staff was amazing (although I tip 20's everyday to everyone), however the property is a joke. They flat out stretch the truth about oceanfront, I have had better pools at a Fairfield Inn, and the beach is uninhabitable. This was my first true vacation in 2 yrs celebrating my fiancee birthday, and upcoming birth of our son. The staff can only do so much, the ownership is an absolute joke.... additionally, I found the owners own all 3 RC locations in Miami, and the St. Regis. After several complaints the best they could do is putting 80k points into my account and promised 3 nights at the newly remodeled South Beach location once opened.
I can't even begin to tell you how bad this place is. Stay away!!!
