Have you been Bonvoyed?

I booked a three night stay with points. Checked out, and the only charges on folio were for incidentals as expected. Got charged for the room for all three nights an hour later. Chatted online for over 30 mins before the hotel admitted the error. However, still waiting for charges to be reversed after 3 days.
