I've been staying at the LA Bonaventure for years. When it was SPG I never had a problem. They would usually post my points within a day or two. Now that it's Bonvoy it's been nothing but problems. Every time I check in I have to give them my Bonvoy number. The last three stays I had to fill out a missing stay request and I'm about to have to fill one out again! Also instead of 2 waters now they only give one. Also I never get an upgrade to a suite. I really miss SPG!
