    After failing to credit 1/3 nights I forwarded my folio, only to be told I was mistaken:

    "We apologize for the delay in responding to you. After reviewing your account, it looks like the stay in question has already been posted to your account. If you need further assistance, feel free to reply to this email or give us a call and we will gladly help."

    When I requested they "kindly check again", I received this response:

    "I am very sorry to learn that Marriott missed crediting your Marriott Bonvoy?ó?Ç??ó account with your stay at the Sheraton Zurich. I appreciate the clear details you provided to document your stay. As a result, I was able to post the stay to your account. You should be able to view this on online within the next 24 hours."
